Thank you for coming to my website.

Started out as a printer by trade. Learned setting cold-type and letterpress printing. Worked many years during the development of the printing processes. From Offset printing to Xerox from 1970 to until the 80’s. Composition was being introduced. Used Apple Mac II for layout production.

Used custom composition systems in the early 90s. As printing became more electronic I made the change learning to use more complex art design applications.

I worked as a production artist for a major college book publisher specializing in silhouetting, layout designs, and book covers.

Was Art Director for Music at St. Mary’s classical concerts for over twenty years. Created posters, advertising, and built the website ground up of which featured the finest musical artists from the surrounding New York and New Jersey area.

My oil paintings are created that move between coastal seascapes, abstract contemporaries, landscapes, and historical imagery.

Using my experiences as a sailor, racing small hulls to larger vessels, and as an aviator I flew gliders and single-engine planes. Played folk guitar and played tennis.

Every life's events have a feeling of which I try to convey in my artwork.
